Refund Policy
Effective date: 28 October 2026
Orders for Portal Jump for agencies are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains when you can get your money back. Your statutory rights are not affected.
1. The first payment: 14 days
You can ask for a full refund of the first payment of any plan within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.
2. How to ask
- Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you bought with, and request a refund there; or
- email hello@portaljump.co with your order number, or the email you used to buy.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. The time it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are refundable only where the law requires it. You can avoid a renewal by cancelling before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time, and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
4. When we can refuse a refund
We may refuse or reverse a refund where there is fraud or abuse, for example repeated refund requests to use the Service for free, or use that breaks our Terms of Use.
5. What happens to your access
When a payment is refunded, access to the plan it paid for ends. Your links stop going live under that plan. Your content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
