Terms of Use
Effective date: 28 October 2026
These terms are the contract between you and APLUSB DECOR PRIVATE LIMITED for your use of Portal Jump for agencies, including portaljump.agency, the agency app and the trip links you publish (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you accept for a business, you confirm that you may bind it.
1. Who you contract with
The contract is with APLUSB DECOR PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Portal Jump, registered in India.
- Company: APLUSB DECOR PRIVATE LIMITED
- Trading as: Portal Jump
- Registered in: India
- Email: hello@portaljump.co
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. Keep your account secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. An agency owner is responsible for the people they add to the team and for what they do in the Service. The Service is for businesses and for people aged 18 or over.
3. Orders, plans and payment
- Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle takes payment, collects and pays tax and issues the invoice. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your payment, and Paddle is your seller for the purchase.
- Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Each plan has limits, for example on live links and team seats, which we apply in the Service.
- Paid plans renew each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and then the plan ends. We do not charge you again.
- Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
- If a plan ends or you go over a limit, we may stop new links from going live. We will not delete your content for that reason alone.
4. Your content and your clients
- You own the content you add to the Service: your trips, notes, photos, brand and Library. You give us the right to store, process and show it as needed to run the Service for you, and to show your links to the people you send them to.
- You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it, including photos and the names and details of clients and travellers.
- You are the controller of your clients’ personal data and of the leads that come through your links. We act as your processor under our Data Processing Addendum. You must give your clients the privacy information the law requires.
- You are responsible for your own bookings, prices, contracts, licences, insurance and advice to travellers. Portal Jump shows trips and maps. We do not sell travel, we are not party to any booking between you and your clients, and we are not responsible for the trips you sell.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- publish a trip, price or claim that is false or misleading, or sell something you do not intend or are not able to provide;
- send spam or unwanted messages, or collect leads or data in a way that breaks the law;
- upload or share unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others, or that is hateful, abusive or harmful;
- upload malware, probe or attack the Service, or get around its limits, security or rate limits;
- use the Service to harm, harass or defraud anyone, or in breach of sanctions or export laws;
- resell the Service or copy it, unless we agree in writing.
We may remove content or links that break these rules, or that we are told in good faith are unlawful.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free or always available. We may change or improve the Service, and we may pause it for maintenance. Maps, search results and photo suggestions come from third parties and may be wrong or unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if you do not pay, if your use puts the Service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. When your account ends, your links go offline. We then delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply, such as liability and governing law, continue after the end.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or the rights you have as a consumer where you are one.
Subject to that, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for all claims connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
You are responsible for claims by your clients, travellers and third parties that arise from your content, your trips and your bookings, and you will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with such a claim caused by you.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will tell account holders in the app or by email before a material change applies. If you keep using the Service after the date it applies, you accept it. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
